On November 16th, we had a new air conditioning and heating system put into our home. My husband had taken several bids for a new system, Ray the salesman came out to the house and gave his bid along with his expertise on ventilation, air filters, sizing of the units and an impressive concern for our needs. My husband felt so comfortable with him that we took the bid even though it was higher than of the rest, because no one else seemed as concerned for our needs as Ray. We needed our electrical wiring upgraded, the heat pump and air handler put in and our air ducts cleaned. Ray synchronized all of the different departments so it was all done in two days.
First thing in the morning the electricians were here with the engineers (Scott Walters and Ron Petrey). The electricians finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned up the mess; you couldn’t even tell they had been here. They were wonderful.
Scott and Ron worked from 8:00am until 7:30pm without a lunch break. Scott didn’t leave until he had the emergency heat operating since that evening was very cold and we have a baby. Scott went way beyond the call of duty to take care of us. The next day Scott and Ron were back to finish the job: they were on time and courteous as always.
We had some problems with the ventilation cleaning people that day and the next. Scott followed up with them, trying to find out when they would be here and to help work out the problem. Both Scott and Ron did an excellent job. They explained everything from the air filter to the drainage tubes to the thermostat.
The work that was done is first class work. I will recommend Weather Engineers to my friends just as they were recommended to us. I will also recommend Scott personally. I trust his workmanship, as well as his customer service.
