On three different occasions, top technicians with assistants came to work on our two units because they are on the decline due to age and proximity to the ocean air. Though they each spent close to three hours on every call, there was no service charge because we have the yearly contract with Weather Engineers. The techs (Krispin, Mark & Jamie) were punctual and kept us informed if they were detained. They wrote detailed notes and studied the notes on the history of the repairs, They also consulted with each other to guarantee continuity and consistency. They explained to my husband and me the work they had done and what we could expect. All were professional, personable and polite. I must mention that in the office, Whitney was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. She responded quickly to our situation and sent a tech our way to trouble shoot. I cannot say enough about the great work the team at Weather Engineers.

Weather Engineers continues to set the standard for Air Conditioner maintenance. My technician Joe was the consumate professional. His “old school” approach found and diagnosed the problem quickly. The repair was done quickly. Was very thankful he was my technician.

Joe & Blake were the service/repair men that were here. They found and corrected several problems and installed a new thermostat. I think the price charged for the thermostat was too high. The two service men did an excellent job and they were very professional and friendly.

This is an outstanding company with outstanding techs. Of course my heat went out as soon as the weather turned cold. I called Weather Engineers. They sent someone out the same day. The first tech, Levi determined that there was a problem with the voltage coming into the system. He recommended I call American electrical. American electrical came out the next day and fixed the voltage that was coming into the unit. Called weather engineers back and Kyle arrived early. Got the system working again and performed some preventative maintenance. He pointed some things I needed to do in the future. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I had a great experience with Weather engineers starting with the two dispatchers I spoke with as well as Levi and Kyle. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Weather Engineers I believe since 2005 and have always been impressed with their work and service. Recently I contacted them regarding an issue with my split ac unit that I believe was not inspected fully during the routine preventative maintenance. Subsequently the unit would not work after trying to start it the day after. Weather Engineers first had the service manager contact me to discuss the issue/solutions and dispatched a technician the same day. Joe Burrus the technician impressed me with his thoroughness and service. He took time to not only resolve the issue but also to keep me involved in the process. He explained everything he was doing and also provided information regarding potential future concerns. I will certainly ask for Joe Burrus to return to my home for future servicing as he demonstrates the pride, commitment and professionalism so lacking in todays work force.

They have always taken excellent care of my air conditioning for more then 16 years. They just replaced my eval core on one of my mini split units. Working like a charm again.

B-annual maintenance. Excellent customer service. It is nice to have the team caring for your home to have consistency. Questions answered courteously, even though he probably received the same inquiry multiple times before mine. Followed special request to call.upon arrival taking caution not to ring door bell or knock. Both of these actions upset our kitties. The anxiety was avoided by the caution Jason used. I proudly recommend Weather Engineering to all areas they service Jacksonville is blessed by this company.

Called Weather Engineers on one of the coldest days in Jacksonville after 5pm. Our heat stopped and forecast for next day 26. Within an hour they were fixing our heat and got us warm and toasty. Professional service have used them 20+ years we recommend them all our family and friends.

I really appreciated Joe Burrus’s attention to detail, while identifying our HVAC electrical problem. He explained every step of his plan to identify the problem beforehand, isolated the cause, replaced the faulty equipment, and tested the repair. He took time to show me the electrical short and the new equipment to resolve the problem. His politeness and efficiency impressed my wife and me.

They were professional, thorough, and diligent in locating each unit, diagnosing issues, and recommending whether repair or replacement was needed. Their detailed evaluation has enabled us to better prepare our budget for upcoming replacements and to save significant energy costs by addressing units that required maintenance. I highly recommend Weather Engineering for any HVAC needs.

Great service and professional. Never fun when the air unit goes down and cost to replace. The team arrived on time, got everything in place and cleaned up. They spent the time to review everything with us and set up the thermostat. Everything was priced fairly and transparent along with the warranties. Got our quote and install the next days. Highly recommend them. We are also going to use them for service on the units ongoing.

This is the first time I met Jasen from Weather Engineers. It was to be a seasonal inspection of our HVAC system, part of a semi-annual contract. Unfortunately, he discovered a problem with a weak capacitor which needed to be replaced. Before I approved the installation, he carefully explained the nature of the problem, and he took before and after photos to demonstrate what was done, since the unit is on the roof of the condo building. Jasen also described the other elements he inspected and the results. I felt pricing was fair, and I was very comfortable with the integrity of the repairman in identifying the need for the correction. You should also know that I had been using a competitor for the last several years, but finally canceled that relationship because setting appointments was so difficult, and multiple rescheduling happened at the last minute. Then the rescheduled time turned out needing rescheduling! I finally gave up on them, Weather Engineers was recommended by a couple of satisfied neighbors, and I had my inspection within a matter of days. I am pleased so far!!!! (The annual contract price for my condo, including two inspections, was $249.00. The capacitor repair was $166.00.)

Maintenance program

Neat, knowledgeable, professional.

We have been using Weather Engineers for the past 20 plus years and they never disappoint. We purchased an A/C unit from them over 12 yrs ago and it’s still running like it’s brand new. Granted we’ve always had a service agreement with them as they come out twice a year to make sure the unit is running perfect.
