Yesterday was my first experience with Weather Engineers after a decade or so with Charlie's Tropic Heating and Air. I was a little concerned when Charlie's Tropic notified me that they had joined forces with Weather Engineers. Yesterday, right on time for our appointment, a Weather Engineer's truck was in my driveway for my semi-annual maintenance and I was little apprehensive but quickly relieved after a few minutes with the Weather Engineers''tech who introduced himself and after a tour of my house's two units went quickly to work. He was very efficient, professional, and personable! Needless to to say, my concerns about the two-company merger have been erased. Five stars may not be enough!
