I did wonder why you do not carry replacement parts for the equipment?? When it has to be ordered there is a lengthy delay to complete repairs. Fortunately we had air conditioning while waiting for the parts, otherwise the house would have been very uncomfortable. Chris is an excellent technician and the ladies who answer the phone so pleasant and helpful.
