Technician confirmed an obvious very small leak existed at a fitting on the O/S unit. He took time to allow a soap bubble to appear. Corrected problem and departed. Prior company technician said no leak existed, when oil was on the concrete base. They wanted $385 to perform a leak check at date in future. Charged system and . departed.
